Can I try Advanced Sermons for free?
You can download the free version of Advanced Sermons from the WordPress repository here. To get the full benefit and features of Advanced Sermons you will need to purchase the pro version.
Can I request a refund?
Yes, it is important that are customers are completely satisfied. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchasing as long as it meets our refund policy criteria. For more information about refunds, please visit the refund policy page.
Can I upgrade to a different license?
Yes! If you purchase the Basic license and would like to upgrade to the Elite license, you can visit your account page and click “View Upgrades” on any license key to see a prorated upgrade fee.
How do I update Advanced Sermons Pro?
Advanced Sermon Pro is setup with automatic updates which you can install from the Plugin page on your WordPress install. If you have an out of date version, you will see a notification telling you to update.
What happens if I do not renew my license?
Your license will automatically renew every year. If you decide to not renew, you may still use the plugin on activated websites but you will not receive updates or support once the license key expires.
